6. Refunds and Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned to us in the same condition received — unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Pre-order items may only be returned after they have shipped and must also be returned to us.

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for return and replacement or refund.

Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.

Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item. Processing may take up to 10 business days, and additional time may be required by banks.
