30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items may only be returned after they have shipped, and must also be sent back to us in the original condition to be eligible for a refund.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care items (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for a new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned to us in the same condition received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at angelparadiseteam@gmail.com.
