  • At this time, ANGEL PARADISE ships only within the United States.

  • We do not offer international shipping currently.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after the item is available to us.

  • For pre-order items, processing begins once the product arrives from our manufacturer.

  • Processing time includes inspecting the item and preparing it for shipment.

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Delivery Times

  • Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier and are estimates only, not guaranteed.

  • ANGEL PARADISE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of Loss

  • Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.

  • ANGEL PARADISE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the carrier marks the order as delivered.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.

  • ANGEL PARADISE is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
